The laboratory is useful for performing various analyzes for the food matrix.
The endowment of the laboratory is suitable for performing analyzes to assess the nutritional value of foods as well as more in-depth analyzes such as amino acids.
The infrastructure of the laboratory allows analyzes for food of plant origin as well as for food of animal origin.
We have all the reagents and laboratory glassware necessary for simple analyzes for milk, dairy products, meat, eggs, fish, honey as well as for various vegetable macro-ingredients as well as finished food products of vegetable origin.
The laboratory infrastructure allows the development of the experiments included in the bachelor's and dissertation works of the students, who have access to the laboratory for performing the analyzes.
The laboratory equipment is used by doctoral students in order to carry out the experiences included in the doctoral thesis.
