The Genetic and Genetic Engineering Laboratory is part of the Biotechnologies Department from Faculty of Biotechnologies - UASVM Bucharest.
Our laboratory is actively involved in research areas, such as: isolation and molecular characterization of microorganisms (from soils, polluted areas, food and feed); bioproducts useful in agriculture; antimicrobial activity of some useful microorganisms against plant-pathogens.
Obtained results are competitive on scientific market with broad applicability.
